Le Temps des médias n°11, hiver 2008/2009, p. 25-43.The proliferation of print publications during the 17th century plays a part in the creation of a coherent cultural space in Europe, through the transfer of information between newspapers. Fueled by conflicts on the continent, these periodicals established themselves throughout Europe and contributed to the influence of Amsterdam.
