Le Temps des médias n°11, hiver 2008/2009, p. 183-197.Until the summer of 1943, BBC broadcasts show limited support for the Free French Forces. With the exception of the differences in content between its French- and English- language broadcasts, the network editorial policy follows the guidelines defined by national propaganda. Only after March 1944 does the BBC become a voice for the forces of Liberation.
